Who we are:

For over 40 years we have been providing support to victims of all types of crime.  A charity and company limited by guarantee, we employ 68 staff and managed a turnover of £2m, all supported by more than 120 volunteers.We operate out of offices in Belfast/Foyle, court buildings and outreach centres across NI.

What we do:

We help people affected by crime. We offer a free and confidential service, whether or not a crime has been reported and regardless of how long ago the event took place. We provide support and help to victims, carry out policy research to improve how they are treated by the agencies they come into contact with there is plenty more information on our website, and we help witnesses to crime navigate the courts and legal process.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for an exceptional leader who will be confident and empathetic in giving direction to our organisation, who can bring out the best in their team, and who can represent our mission and our service users to influencers and decision-makers at the highest level.
